This Breakfast Smoothie is made with a combination of banana, orange and sea-buckthorn berries that turns into a delicious healthy breakfast energizer drink.

I highly recommend this smoothie for breakfast or even during a day as a healthy snack. The smoothie is really flavorful and a pleaser to your taste buds.

This Morning Smoothie is made with banana, orange and sea-buckthorn berries that turns into a delicious healthy breakfast energizer drink.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana
  • 1 orange peeled and segmented
  • 1/3 cup frozen sea-buckthorn berries
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 3 ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, combine the fruits with honey and vanilla extract. Cover and blend for about 1 minute. 
  • Add ice cubes, and blend until it is well smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
